At Metaleks, we are committed to getting your custom metal art to you as safely and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because every piece is custom-made with care, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to produce, inspect, and package your order. This production time is separate from the shipping time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the final cost before you confirm your payment.
4. Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship the items that are currently in stock first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will not be charged extra for the split shipment.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at max@metaleks.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot make changes once an order has been shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Metaleks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms the package has been delivered to your address. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
