1. Order Cancellation & Amendments
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to cancel or request amendments.

How to Cancel/Amend: Please contact us immediately at max@metaleks.com with your order number and your request.

Why 24 Hours? As our products are custom-made, production often begins shortly after an order is placed. This 24-hour grace period allows you to make changes before the custom manufacturing process starts.

After 24 Hours: Once production has begun (typically after 24 hours), we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.

What to Do: Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Required Information: To process your request, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Our Promise: Upon verification, we will offer you a choice of a free replacement of the same item or a full refund.
3. General Returns (Change of Mind)
Because each Metaleks piece is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or if you ordered the wrong size/design.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details (including size, design, and shipping address) before completing your purchase. Product dimensions and details are clearly listed on each product page.
4. Refunds Process
